• Utilize a strong grasp of website design and conversion rate optimization fundamentals • Build and launch high-performing websites that help clients win more customers • Write copy that builds credibility and generates leads • Perform website updates and maintenance requests • Monitor and audit sites to generate recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years in web design; great design sensibility • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and ranking strategy • Excellent English written skills. You communicate concisely and compellingly • Experience with design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, among others • Track record of managing client requests and steering them toward better outcomes • Experience with HTML and CSS. Webflow knowledge is a huge asset!
