Description
• Senior Implementation Consultant for technical software integration consultancy and customer service. • Deliver a “Pre-sale to Production” implementation journey to customers. • Responsible for expert advice, product training, and deployment support. • Assist on technical support escalations as Payter’s product expert. • Engage in various customer implementation activities and support roles.
Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally within the payments industry • A working knowledge of HTTP JSON/XML Restful API software integration, TCP/IP Sockets and any similar technologies • Experience with tools such as Postman & Swagger; software development experience is beneficial • Working knowledge of OCPP/OCPI Protocols, MDB; experience in Vending, Parking, Ticketing, or Transit is beneficial • Experience across Testing, Customer Service & Support, Documentation, and Training • Desire to understand the customer perspective and deliver the best customer experience • Superior problem solving and organisational skills; detail oriented • Demonstrable track record of self-directed learning; driven to seek knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other language skills are beneficial • Sensitivity to customer needs; ability to translate customer requirements into possibilities.
