Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or related field preferred. • Prior experience in healthcare coordination, telemedicine, or patient support roles would be an advantage. • Familiarity with healthcare software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and telecommunication technology. • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. • Compassionate and patient-oriented with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
