Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a product design, UX/UI, communications design, graphic design or human-centred design role; • Excellent skills with Figma, Adobe Suite, and other no-code prototyping services; • Experience using and creating design systems and brand guidelines; • You can show at least one project where you designed and conducted qualitative research with the users of a product, service or policy; • You can tailor outputs and design communication to meet client needs; • You are willing to travel to conduct research if required; • You will help us to design and build a positive, collaborative, inclusive studio culture; • Fluent in written and spoken English; and • Full and current working rights for Australia.

Benefits
