📋 Description
• At PDI Technologies, we empower convenience retail and petroleum brands with technology solutions. • Connecting businesses to increase productivity and engage faster with customers. • This position owns the ERP solutions driving global product P&L and market share expansion.
🎯 Requirements
• 10-12+ years hands-on experience in product/solutions management within the energy supply chain. • Strong track record of growing businesses by bringing new products to market and increasing market share. • Experience in leading, growing, and managing a portfolio of products. • Experience coaching, mentoring, and growing directs as well as cross functional teams. Proven leadership experience. • Experience in people management commensurate with the role. • Product P&L experience. • Significant experience and desire to remain in a customer/market-facing role; experience building strong customer relationships. • Ability to effectively communicate and relate to all roles ranging from senior level executives to individual contributors, both internally and externally. • Ability to establish relationships with key customers and partners in the industry. • Solid marketing skills, including messaging, writing, and public speaking. • Ability to be creative, as well as analytical, organized and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently and handle high pressure situations. • Ability to assert position and influence decision makers to execute solution strategy. • Adept at networking externally and internally to build relationships and influence actions. • Demonstrates break-through thinking. • Willingness to travel, significantly at times to customers, prospects, industry events, and internal meetings as required
