Description

• Lead and oversee all phases of software development, from concept to deployment. • Work with a diverse team, including offshore and onsite sprint teams. • Actively participate in code development, technical discussions, and code reviews. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure software development aligns with our strategic goals. • Introduce and champion new technologies and development methodologies. • Drive continuous improvement efforts through code refactoring and process optimization.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in software development. • Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). • Strong background in event streaming systems such as Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis. • Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB). • Ability to manage complex IT projects. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on latest technologies. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
