Description
•Help build an effective, inclusive engineering organization •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers •Work with product and design to inform trade-offs and scalability concerns •Participate in the backend ONCALL and incident review processes
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or relevant technical experience •5+ years of backend agile software development experience (including SAAS experience) •Experience designing and building APIs •Experience designing and building Microservices •Ability to write clean, reliable code that can be easily maintained and be tested automatically •Startup experience or experience working in small teams •FinTech experience is a strong plus
