β€’ Seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance Tele-Sales Agents. β€’ Interact with prospective and existing customers via phone. β€’ Promote, sell, and explain insurance policies that best meet their needs. β€’ Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients. β€’ Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. β€’ Document customer interactions, transactions, and policy details in the system. β€’ Absorb added information and adapt to new processes rapidly. β€’ Responsible for maintaining book of business and exceptional customer care. β€’ Responsible for renewing the book of business during subsequent AEPs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2 recent years’ experience in selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans required. β€’ Minimum of 1 year working in tele-sales / call center environment. β€’ Broker model experience. β€’ Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. β€’ Persuasive negotiation and ability to overcome objections. β€’ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. β€’ Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed. β€’ Basic computer skills required. β€’ Must have own equipment – computer, headset, ethernet and camera β€’ Self-starter β€’ Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required. β€’ Active Resident Health Insurance License. β€’ 15+ non-resident state licenses preferred. β€’ 2025 AHIP Completed (certificate may be requested during interview process). β€’ Knowledge of Contracting restrictions as related to carriers and/or previous employers (Release documentation required for candidates previously sponsored by carriers).
