• 6+ years of experience in development in MSSQL; preferably in an Azure environment. • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in administration of MSSQL databases and database systems; at least 2 years of Azure administration is preferred. • 4+ years of experience with Azure Business Intelligence solutions including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps. • Experience with Microsoft Fabric would be a HUGE bonus. • 3+ years of experience in Data Warehousing; Synapse preferred. • 3+ years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Experience in API integrations. • Experience writing, deploying, and maintaining .NET C# code, with experience in Windows services and web development being a bonus. • Hands-on experience implementing and managing software and data integrations in an outsourced contact center/BPO environment is preferred. • Experience in consumption-based services including PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS is preferred. • Proven experience in data engineering, building a data warehouse, data marts, and data pipelines. • Deep experience in cloud-first platform enablement with a focus on Azure, as well as API and microservices architectures. • Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail.
