📋 Description
• We are a PearX-backed startup expanding on groundbreaking research that compared AI and human responses across 100+ findings from 45 marketing studies. • We are seeking a Founding Engineer to help build our pioneering study simulation platform from the ground up. • As our first engineering hire, you'll have unprecedented autonomy in technical decisions and a direct impact on our company's foundation and future. • We're looking for an exceptional engineer who can own the entire technical stack, from architecture decisions to implementation. • You'll work directly with the founder to transform our current prototype into a robust, scalable platform while setting the technical direction for future growth. • As Founding Engineer, you'll establish the technical foundation of Viewpoints AI.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of full stack development experience with a track record of scaling systems • Strong technical leadership experience and ability to make architectural decisions • Expertise with LLM APIs and AI system integration • Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges • Experience building production systems from scratch • Track record of owning projects end-to-end • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
