• SweatPals is a fast-growing social fitness platform connecting fitness enthusiasts and communities, with a mission to make wellness accessible and engaging. • We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at SweatPals and focus on our Mobile App and SaaS platform. • The Product Design team is crucial in our mission to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. • As a Senior-Level Product Designer, you will work closely with the design team, engineers, marketing and customer success team to tackle complex design challenges. • Create intuitive, data-informed experiences that engage users, streamline community building, and support our growth goals. • An exciting opportunity to shape the future of fitness communities worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally with a track record of taking consumer products from zero to one and scaling them. • Extensive experience designing for web and native mobile apps, particularly in consumer-facing products. Experience with community or social platforms is a big plus. • A startup mindset: You are energized by a fast-paced environment, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of design excellence. • A deep understanding of the data-driven design process, with experience in cohort analysis, Amplitude, Google Analutand other tracking tools to inform design decisions is a plus. • Top-notch design craft and ability to ideate rapidly and produce high-quality design concepts. • Exceptional communication skills to articulate your design decisions, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively across teams. • A passion for user-centric design and a knack for balancing business impact with user needs. • A growth mindset and comfort with experimentation, learning from both successes and failures. • A collaborative, humble approach—you thrive in feedback-rich environments and enjoy helping others improve.
