📋 Description
As SweatPals' first dedicated Success Manager, you'll build and shape our Customer Success function from the ground up. • You'll manage a portfolio of fitness communities, serving as both a platform expert and strategic business advisor.
🎯 Requirements
3-5 years of customer success experience, preferably in SaaS or marketplace businesses • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Experience in content creation and program development • Background in or passion for fitness/wellness industry a plus • Experience building or scaling customer success functions preferred
