Description

• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote • Job Type: Full-time • Salary Range: Up to $2000 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST • Locations: Remote, open to candidates in Latin America, South Africa, and Philippines • As an Architectural Project Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate all phases of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing project efficiency and sustainability, ensuring successful project outcomes that align with Ecotone’s mission. • Organize project documentation efficiently, maintaining clarity and accessibility for all team members. • Manage the production of design documentation, including conceptual packages, renderings, and construction documents. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries. • Coordinate with in-house fabricators, general contractors, and external partners to ensure project scope and details are met. • Implement the latest tools and software to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm; 3-5 years preferred. • Proficiency in Revit is essential; CAD-only experience is not sufficient. • Experience in Asana • Strong background in custom details, material specification, and fabrication. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks effectively. • Collaborative mindset and a desire to work as an integral part of a small team. • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Enscape, Bluebeam Revu, and Fusion 360. • Ability to learn new technology quickly and adapt to changing work patterns. • Licensure is not required but would be considered a strength.
