Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in DTC ecommerce management. • Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools. • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience. • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a startup environment. • Familiarity with emerging ecommerce technologies and tools. • Passion for music, live events, or hearing protection innovations.
