• Role: Financial Controller • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote • Job Type: Full-time • Salary Range: Up to Php 80,000 per month • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility • You’ll be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, reconciling accounts, and generating insightful reports. • This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping-related platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL). • Experience working with companies such as Bench, Accenture, PwC, Pilot, The Collective, or similar organizations.
