• Work Arrangement: Remote, CET time zone overlap required • Job Type: Full-time, Contractor • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET • Locations: Remote • About Pearl Talent: Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. • Why Work with Us?: We only work with exceptional founders from the US and EU who care about the long-term success of their team members. • About the Company: The company is an interior design SaaS startup that creates software to help designers increase efficiency. • Role Overview: As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling the platform. • Your Impact: Your work will directly shape the functionality and user experience of a growing SaaS product. • Key Responsibilities: Platform Development & Optimization, Technical Architecture & Code Quality, Product Launch & Integration, Collaboration & Stakeholder Support, Testing & Security. • Immediate Tasks (Week 1): Review codebase & architecture, Align with leadership on roadmap & priorities, Start feature improvements & bug fixes, Identify quick optimization wins.
🎯 Requirements
• Must-Have: • 3+ years of full-stack development experience • Proficiency in React/NextJS (front-end) & Node.js, TypeScript, MedusaJS (back-end) • Strong database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Experience with Git, RESTful APIs, third-party integrations • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines & cloud services • Nice-to-Have: • Experience in SaaS startups or platforms for creative professionals • Strong problem-solving & debugging skills • Familiarity with payment gateway integrations & security protocols
