• In this strategic role, you will lead the charge in developing and executing data-driven growth marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR model). You'll leverage a variety of digital marketing channels to attract new users, convert them into engaged users, and ultimately drive sustainable business growth. • Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing A/B testing, analyzing marketing data, translating data insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends, managing and mentoring a team of growth marketing specialists, and reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of the AARRR model and customer lifecycle marketing. • Expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics tools. • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • A collaborative and results-oriented work style.
