Description

ā€¢ The Legal Office Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the firm's operations through clerical, organizational, and project-related tasks. ā€¢ Organizing and maintaining client files, both digital and physical. ā€¢ Supporting Attorneys and Paralegals with filing organizations. ā€¢ Drafting documents, questionnaires, and legal forms. ā€¢ Managing data entry and document management across multiple systems. ā€¢ Assisting in the assembly of petitions and applications. ā€¢ Scheduling and calendar management. ā€¢ Reviewing incoming emails and open items. ā€¢ Providing general administrative support, such as mailing documents etc.

Requirements

ā€¢ 1-3 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a law firm setting. ā€¢ Proficiency in the following software/tools: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat; Google Workspace (Gmail); Slack; CRM tools; multi-line telephone systems. ā€¢ Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. A commensurate combination of education and experience will be considered. ā€¢ Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills.
