Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management. • Strong project management and analytical skills. • Hands-on experience working with factories and manufacturing partners. • Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing standards. • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment. • Familiarity with logistics software and supply chain optimization tools. • Experience in consumer or professional hearing protection products or related industries.
