Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or vendor management with a proven track record. • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment software, Google Workspace, Slack. • Ability to conduct market research and vendor analysis. • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and reporting. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience building relationships with candidates, vendors, and teams. • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and project management skills.
