• At Pearson, we’re committed to a world that’s always learning. • As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence in K-12 sectors. • Your primary focus will be on promoting Advanced Placement, Honors, and CTE curriculum. • Drive revenue growth through targeted outbound marketing campaigns. • Work closely with sales teams to communicate compelling value propositions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation and marketing experience in the K-12 education market • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desired • Experience with revenue intelligence platforms (6sense) • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan • Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders • Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously • Strong experience in the development of multi-channel campaigns • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to leadership • Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
