Description

• COVERAGE: 5 MONTHS PERIOD • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base. • Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications. • Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications. • Work within multiple systems simultaneously to respond in real-time callers. • Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews.

Requirements

• Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills • Customer service skills and call centre experience • Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required. • Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills
