ā¢ COVERAGE: 5 MONTHS PERIOD ā¢ Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base. ā¢ Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications. ā¢ Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications. ā¢ Work within multiple systems simultaneously to respond in real-time callers. ā¢ Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews.
ā¢ Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ā¢ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills ā¢ Customer service skills and call centre experience ā¢ Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required. ā¢ Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills
