• We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth in Australia and New Zealand, markets where Pearson Higher Education already has a strong presence and exciting potential for further expansion. • In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of B2B and D2C marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and driving sales growth. • You will put the customer at the heart of everything we do. • This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who thrives on creating impactful campaigns from the ground up. • You’ll oversee multi-channel campaigns, managing both internal teams and external agencies to deliver outstanding results. • By optimizing regional marketing budgets, measuring campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions, you’ll continuously enhance impact and ROI. • You’ll also play a key role in transforming our eCommerce efforts, particularly focusing on optimizing our online presence in the region. • As the main regional marketing contact, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. • Staying ahead of market trends and competitor insights will give you an edge in adapting strategies to achieve long-term success. • You will have the opportunity to grow and lead the marketing team, cultivating a collaborative culture that champions innovative marketing tactics. • This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of Pearson in Australia and New Zealand and to showcase your strategic and creative marketing expertise.
