• Provide quality management assistance to projects and oversee onboarding and offboarding of remote staff. • Run daily reports to meet project quality goals • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of remote employees on various Pearson systems • Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner • Manage mass email communication to remote employees • Perform problem resolution, troubleshooting and diagnosing of various issues during the administrative process • Maintain and update employee records as necessary • Contribute to on-going department process development and improvement • Responsible for independent resolution to routine issues, and for notifying management of non-routine issues which need immediate attention • Provide complete documentation of issues handled • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Minimum college or technical training preferred, or a combination of education and experience • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word is required. • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and Email Marketing tools are preferred • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) are required along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Must be able to take feedback, revise, and resubmit work if necessary • Must exhibit strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to meet project needs
