Description

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with energy trading clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders. • Develop and implement trading strategies that maximize revenue generation and market share expansion. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with energy trading partners. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to energy trading clients. • Monitor and report on performance, market trends, and regulatory changes. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization. • Requires travel, including day trips and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred. • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in energy trading, business development, or a related field is required. • Proven track record of achieving trading targets and driving revenue growth in the energy sector • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Deep understanding of energy markets, trading dynamics, and risk management • Ability to develop and execute effective trading strategies • Proficiency in energy trading platforms and financial modeling • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
