🎯 Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Client Services role, or similar background. β€’ Embrace flexibility and adaptability in our fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. β€’ A self-motivated and proactive individual with a quick learning ability. β€’ Enjoy providing exceptional support to both internal and external clients. β€’ Demonstrate proficiency in using and learning new online systems, along with internet savviness. β€’ Adapt and collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and work styles. β€’ Possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. β€’ A strong understanding of process flows and documentation is a valuable asset. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. β€’ Prior experience with salesforce is a significant advantage.
