📋 Description

• As a Digital Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, development, and execution of digital projects and initiatives. • You will be responsible for monitoring and driving the productivity of the design and development team to produce websites and other digital products. • Your creativity and project management skills will be your key strengths to succeed in this role. • Project Management: Lead the planning, development, and execution of digital projects, including websites, mobile applications, social media campaigns, and other digital initiatives. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Team Management: Supervise a team of designers and developers. • Provide project brief and requirements discussion. • Assign tasks, set priorities, and review work to ensure quality and adherence to project objectives. • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth. • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and content teams, to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives. • Facilitate communication and ensure effective coordination between teams to deliver cohesive and integrated digital experiences. • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to secure necessary resources, contracts, and vendor agreements. • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of error-free and user-friendly digital assets. • Conduct regular reviews, usability tests, and QA checks to maintain high-quality standards. • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital projects. • Analyze data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of digital strategies. • Emerging Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, digital technologies, and best practices. • Identify opportunities to incorporate innovative ideas and emerging technologies into digital projects, enhancing user experiences and driving business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in a digital production environment. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Media, Communications). • Expertise in planning, organizing, resource management, client management, timeline and cost management, quality control, and overall project management of digital products such as websites, e-commerce, and other digital projects. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • High level of creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness. • Experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. • Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
