📋 Description
• Penbrothers is an HR & remote talent management partner providing talented Filipinos with global opportunities in high-growth startups and dynamic companies from home. • Our client is on the hunt for a talented logo or graphic designer with strong experience in logo design to contribute to our logo library. • Design 100% original vector based logos and prepare for review. • Use reverse image search (RIS) tools to ensure your design is original and report copyright infringements. • Copywrite keyword driven titles and tags to enhance logo discoverability. • Review and enhance logo stock to meet KPIs. • Support the Logo Curation Team and other responsibilities as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years minimum experience working as an in-house graphic designer, agency or freelancer where you were engaged in logo creation • At ease using design software and technologies including Adobe Illustrator • A strong logo design portfolio or online graphic design portfolio link with your application • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field and/or strong work experience designing logos is essential • Excellent visual taste/aesthetics is a must • Good knowledge of how the right typography and color combinations to create a stunning logo • Knowledge of graphic design trends • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Keen goal setter, who is comfortable setting goals and achieving KPIs and targets • Self starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team • Strong, confident level of business English expected for editing the logos you make and SEO • Comfortable working in Google suite products and messaging apps like Slack • A reliable internet connectivity with a minimum 10 mbps bandwidth • A conducive home office
