• Generate sponsorship sales prospects through cold outreach via calls and emails. • Identify and research potential sponsors across various industries to create a robust pipeline of leads. • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors for future opportunities by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support. • Work with our internal CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and update sponsorship pipelines. • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of sponsoring our events. • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial terms. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship agreements and fulfillment of sponsor expectations. • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship sales, event sales, or a related industry. • Business-level English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven personality with the ability to work independently. • Honest and disciplined person, capable of managing responsibilities without supervision. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
