Description

• Performs therapy portion of billing compliance audits for Home Health agencies • Analyzes audit data to assist operations with corrective action plans • Provides education on Home Health therapy and HIPAA regulations • Conducts internal investigations involving general compliance issues

Requirements

• PT, OT or SLP in good standing with an active license • Experience in the Home Health environment • Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the Home Health industry as it relates to therapy services • Resides within 60 miles of a major airport in specified states • Ability to review and provide feedback on regulatory requirements related to therapy documentation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to write comprehensive reports with professionalism and accuracy • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel • Promotes a culture of compliance
