• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 6,500 employees. • Provides training for administrative personnel at remote locations regarding time and attendance. • Processes main pay period and off-cycle payrolls for various pay schedules. • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. • Reviews payroll records for changes in exemption status and tax deductions. • Resolves payroll discrepancies through information analysis. • Communicates payroll information and troubleshoots issues.
• Experience with timekeeping and payroll software such as Workday (a plus), ADP, or similar. • Strong knowledge of multi-state taxation rules and regulations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. • Proven track record with payroll system testing and report writing. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience. • 1+ years of Payroll Experience preferred.
