• Are you looking to have an impact on the daily life of millions of entrepreneurs in France (and tomorrow in Europe)? • Are you looking for a work environment that values trust, proactivity, and autonomy? • Are our Product Principles aligned with your vision? • Our vision: We aim to become the most beloved financial Operating System of French SMEs (and soon, European ones). • We help entrepreneurs rid themselves of time-consuming tasks related to accounting and finance while providing them with access to key financial information to assist in making the best decisions for their business. • Pennylane is one of the fastest growing Fintechs in France (and soon to be in Europe!) • Design at Pennylane sits at the centre of this mission to deliver a seamless, accessible and enjoyable experience for users. • We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer (mobile) to join Pennylane to shape the user experience of our mobile application. • Key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Contribute to the Mobile Design System and participate in usability testing.
Requirements
• Bilingual fluency in French and proficiency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration. • You'll demonstrate experience in product design for mobile applications, specifically in a B2B context. • You'll thrive on uncovering and solving complex problems by leveraging data and insights within the mobile app design process. • You'll be fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and engaged design team culture. • You'll be comfortable effectively communicating design concepts and future directions to senior stakeholders, inspiring positive action within the team. • You'll portray that collaboration is at the core of your approach. You’ll enjoy working closely with other Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers, actively seeking and valuing feedback while actively participating in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
