Requirements
• Ability to understand problems and empathize with users • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders • Great communication skills • Excellent visual design skills with complex systems • Document design decisions and work with cross-functional teams • Generate new ideas to improve processes and products • Fluent in French and English • Mentoring and coaching experience
