• 1 - 2 years of past experience working in a creative agency as a Brand Manager, Creative Strategist, Creative Associate, or in a similar position either as an intern or full-time employee • Proficiency building compelling presentation deliverables using Google Slides, or Powerpoint • Past experience utilizing Excel, or Google Sheets to track campaigns or creative projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Interest in storytelling and creative conceptualization • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities • Strong analytical and project management skills • Ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting • Strong attention to detail • Interest in or openness to learning basic design skills, using programs such as Figma • Experience with creating graphics and data visualizations is a plus • Experience with data management is a plus • Past exposure to project management tools, like Asana, is preferred
