• Monitor news and events across outlets and platforms, including print, digital, television, radio, and social media • Collaborate with a team of analysts to alert the news to clients in a timely and effective manner • Collect and prepare data to support media analysis • Assist with long-term research projects
• Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills in English • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities • Motivated worker with a willingness to collaborate • Interest in the media and the 24/7 news cycle • Available to work 40 hours per work on an PM Shift (2PM - 10PM ET) • Available to commit to the internship for 6 months • Authorized to work in the United States • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Access to working computer with MS Office Suite • Experience with media monitoring (preferred) • Recent college graduate with a degree in communications, journalism, government, economics or related field (preferred)
