You’ll oversee planning, logistics, budgeting, and compliance, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other key teams to create engaging, high-impact experiences. Your project leadership and cross-functional coordination will play a vital role in our success.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or training in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of event experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries • 3+ years of people management experience • Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail • Proactive, accountable, and adaptable mindset • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships • Team player who supports an inclusive, collaborative culture • Proficient in MS Office; Cvent experience is a plus
