With 4,500 employees worldwide and a revenue of $1.2 billion in 2024, our customers include hospitals and healthcare providers through direct sales in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia, as well as through distributors in select international markets. • We are looking for a Sales Manager in Poland with Neurovascular or Peripheral background to join our team on a permanent basis!

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years in sales within Neurovascular or Peripheral is a must. • Prefered: 2-5 years of successfully managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. • Experience in account segmentation, sales targeting, and strategic account development. • Deep understanding of hospital purchasing processes, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory compliance. • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to drive pricing and sales agreements. • Proven ability to analyze data, forecast market trends, and develop actionable sales strategies. • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken). • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Willingness to travel up to 75% within Poland and internationally as needed.
