• Drive downstream execution for U.S. marketing and Venus Thromboembolism Education (VTE) initiatives • Act as a regional VTE care path expert across the regional teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in managing program development • BSN/ RN with experience as a PERT, VTE or Stroke Coordinator preferred • Strong and creative thinker with 3+ years in program development • Experience in strategic customer initiatives • Program Management experience, especially LEAN Sigma experience, is a plus • Strong team player in a dynamic, team-based environment • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to conduct business outside the typical work-schedule
