β’ Are you interested in working with a leading education technology player, the global leader in the assessment and certification of professional skills? β’ PeopleCert is looking for Customer Service Agents responsible for handling Customers' and Partners' technical, product and finance related queries. β’ Your tasks will include ensuring customer inquiries meet performance and service standards, addressing complaints, monitoring inbound requests, training partners and customers, ensuring a secure and orderly environment, working effectively in a team, and applying a customer-centric approach.
β’ Bachelorβs degree any discipline will be an asset β’ Minimum 1 year experience in similar position/ function β’ Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage β’ Passionate with Customer Service β’ Excellent command of the English and German language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). β’ Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus. β’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. β’ Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
