• Are you interested in working with a leading education technology player, the global leader in the assessment and certification of professional skills? • PeopleCert is looking for Customer Service Agents responsible for handling Customers' and Partners' technical, product and finance related queries. • Your tasks will include ensuring customer inquiries meet performance and service standards, addressing complaints, monitoring inbound requests, training partners and customers, ensuring a secure and orderly environment, working effectively in a team, and applying a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree any discipline will be an asset • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position/ function • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage • Passionate with Customer Service • Excellent command of the English and German language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
