• Increase player LTV, reduce churn, and enhance engagement through personalized retention strategies, loyalty programs, and well-thought-out marketing mechanics. • Develop and implement a comprehensive player retention strategy. • Create and optimize loyalty programs (cashback, rakeback, repeat bonuses, tournaments, gamification). • Implement engagement mechanics (challenges, bonus drops, crash jackpots, exclusive offers). • Manage segmented communications (email, push, Telegram, Discord, SMS). • Launch and develop referral programs. • Analyze user behavior, identify churn reasons, and reduce churn rate. • Personalization based on data: behavioral triggers, personalized offers. • Improve onboarding and post-deposit interactions. • Work with feedback, UX surveys, and enhance the customer experience.
