Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer’s employee listening projects • Guide customers in using the Perceptyx core product through best practices and an efficient timeline • Prepare, coordinate, and lead project-specific meetings between customers and involve supporting Perceptyx team members where appropriate • Gather requirements from customers while providing guidance on best practice • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and Zoom throughout the duration of the project • Work collaboratively with customers and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery • Identify, capture, and effectively communicate customer issues to relevant supporting team members • Create and maintain each project plan, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely and successful project and communicating those to the customer • Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis • Report to the Professional Services Manager in the UK

Requirements

• You are based in Poland • 3-5 years of formal project management experience working directly with external customers, driving small to medium-sized projects from initiation through closure, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in a global environment/virtual team is preferred • Proven track record for following processes, managing projects efficiently, and guiding customers toward best practices. • Demonstrated tech-savviness with experience in MS Office, Smartsheet and project management tools, and software • Strong, effective decision-making and multi-tasking skills within strict deadlines • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt to changing situations • Strong organizational, time management, and most of all, communication skills to be a trusted advisor to Perceptyx teams and clients • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Analytical and research skills • Verbal and written English language skills are required in order to communicate effectively with our internal teams and external clients, C1 CEFR Language Proficiency Level preferred • University degree essential
