Description

• Responsible for inbound and outbound product management efforts in the MySQL space • Collaborate with customers, partners, product managers, and tech leads to create a compelling strategy • Establish MySQL product strategy aligned with corporate vision • Translate strategy into manageable roadmaps • Identify market opportunities through stakeholder interactions • Collaborate with Product Managers for tactical alignment

Requirements

• Strong understanding of MySQL or other open-source databases • Product management experience with enterprise IT software • Understanding of customers’ business challenges and product needs • Proven technical background in software development or operations • Inter-departmental stakeholder collaboration experience • Ability to lead without authority • Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, organizational skills • Fluent in English, additional languages appreciated • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) • Willingness to travel occasionally • Flexibility to adjust working schedule for video calls
