Description

• Ensure books are closed in 4 days: • Manage accounts payable: • Administer the Company’s credit card program: • Monitor bank accounts daily and post transactional entries to the GL • Support annual financial and statutory audits • Assist with tax information requests and compliance projects • Serve as a functional backup for team members by cross-training on accounts receivable, cash receipts, equity administration, order entry and payroll • Seek improvements to the finance department’s technology stack and process workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years general ledger experience in a Staff or Senior position • 3+ years SaaS solutions experience • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business related field • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets • International payroll experience a plus
