• Collaborate with Account Managers to craft compelling offers and cost estimates for clients • Execute campaigns on a global scale, crafting media plans, setting budgets, and developing effective tactics • Manage campaign activities, closely monitoring performance, proposing strategic optimizations, and creating comprehensive reports • Reports will showcase the results achieved, include insightful explanations and recommendations for further enhancements
• Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta and familiarity with LinkedIn, X and TikTok • Tools proficiency: great knowledge and skills in using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio; knowledge of Merchant Center is a plus • Skills in keyword research, mastering metrics like CPA, CPL, ROI, CR, and other key KPIs, adeptly working with audience targeting • Keen understanding of conversion tracking and optimization • Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage, but it's not a must-have • Ability to design multichannel strategies and tactics across the marketing funnel • Skills in presenting performance metrics and aligning them with KPIs for internal and client use • Analytical proficiency and ability to spot patterns, draw conclusions and extracting actionable insights from data and build optimizations and recommendations based on that • Eagerness to learn and develop, combined with proactivity and drive to solve problems • Sense of ownership and accountability and caring about high standards and quality of your work • Very good communication skills as you will be working with various stakeholders internally and with clients directly • Languages: fluent English is a must
