β’ Innovate, design, and develop end-to-end product capabilities for a SaaS platform β’ Participate in the full application development lifecycle, focusing on writing clean code β’ Own development of features, manage implementation of code and enhance product usability β’ Build new features using React, Javascript, Python, MongoDB, Docker β’ Collaborate on UI/UX and product capabilities of the employee performance SaaS product β’ Contribute to our API and maintain API-based connections with related systems β’ Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks β’ Understand internal and customer requests and creatively implement features β’ Contribute to our full stack including AWS infrastructure
β’ Bachelor's Degree β’ 3-5+ years of development experience with React, Redux, Python, TypeScript, Node and/or JavaScript β’ Practical knowledge of and experience with NoSQL and/or SQL databases β’ Bonus if experience working with Docker and other Javascript frameworks β’ Experience building integrations using web services and maintaining an API β’ Experience with the AWS stack
