🎯 Requirements
•Portfolio of past product design work that demonstrates your skills in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. •3+ years of professional UI design and UX experience on a commercial browser-based SaaS product. •1+ years of Figma Design Experience. •Experience designing and working on component-driven user interfaces and leveraging atomic design. •Experience working in an agile/scrum-based development process and with other UI/UX designers. •Bachelor’s degree in human factors, UX, or UI design. (Bonus) •Experience maintaining and evolving a design system and UI component library. (Bonus) •UI/UX Design experience with HRIS, Employee Management, or other business-oriented (B2B) applications. (Bonus) •Prior hands-on web application development experience (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, HTML, React) (Bonus) •Experience designing for Accessibility (WCAG 2.x AA/AAA.) (Bonus)
