• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system • Maintain training and compliance in health, safety, and operational aspects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline OR Associate Degree plus 5 years direct experience OR High School Diploma plus 7+ years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment • Ability to travel by air, vehicle and/or other means of transportation as business requires • Must have a valid driver’s license • Detailed knowledge of analytical equipment and laboratory environment
