Description
• The Sr. Field Service Engineer provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation and repair of complex equipment • Instructs customers in operation and maintenance of systems • Partners with customers to understand their analytical workflow and applications • Contributes to account profitability through efficient execution and service delivery • Communicates service offerings and maintains service data integrity • Maintains assigned assets and develops technical and soft skills
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in applied science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 5 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment • Associate Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 7 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment • High School Diploma plus 10+ years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment • Experience using Microsoft 365 • Vendor issued certification on relevant laboratory equipment • Knowledge of laboratory safety practices as defined by the Company and/or the customer’s site safety code
