• Für die Betreuung unserer Kunden ausgehend vom Wohnort suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Service-Engineer (m/w/d) für Chromatographie für Laboranalysegeräte (im Außendienst) • Für die Nutzer sehr komplexer Analysegeräte im Bereich der Chromatographie (GC, GCMS, Headspace, LC, LCMS) bist du erster Ansprechpartner hinsichtlich Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Qualifizierung der Geräte. • Fachlich unterstützt vom Team übernimmst du den persönlichen Kontakt, wenn Benutzer fachliche Hilfe benötigen. • Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Experten zusammen. • Die Kunden vertrauen auf deine Beratung zu Software-Updates, Geräte-Upgrades, Qualifizierungen sowie Prozessoptimierungen. • Mit deinen qualifizierten Fehleranalysen und qualitativen Dokumentationen unterstützt du eine immer gezieltere Störungsbehebung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung, sowohl bei uns als auch beim Kunden. • Auch die kommerziellen Aspekte deiner Arbeit behältst du im Auge und ergreifst die Initiative, wenn Bedarf besteht. • Du sorgst für zeit- und inhaltsgerechte Rechnungsstellung und triffst ausgewogene Entscheidungen bezüglich Ersatzes oder Reparatur.
🎯 Requirements
• Abschluss im Bereich Chemie, Chemische Ingenieurwissenschaften, Analytische Chemie, Elektrotechnik, technische oder verwandte Berufe • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst softwarebasierter, analytischer Systeme • Selbstständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise • Organisationstalent, Engagement sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Paketes • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft in Westdeutschland (bis zu 90%)
