📋 Description
• Persado provides the only Motivation AI platform that generates personalized communications at scale. • Many of the world’s largest brands rely on Persado to engage customers across their journey. • Persado is committed to creating a place where everyone’s unique perspective is valued. • Persado is looking for a Software Engineer in Test to join our talented team of engineers! • Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. • Communicate with internal teams to help identify missing requirements. • Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities for your projects. • Develop comprehensive and well-structured Test Plans and Test Cases. • Execute functional and non-functional tests (manual or automated). • Develop automated Test Cases based on automation frameworks built in-house. • Perform thorough automated regression testing, analyze results and troubleshoot failures. • Identify, document and track issues in Jira.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of working experience in Software Testing Automation. • Knowledge of Selenium / WebDriver, Playwright. • Knowledge of OOP languages like Java/Groovy/C#. • University degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related disciplines. • Knowledge of basic SQL queries. • Experience working with version control systems (e.g. Git). • Understanding of testing frameworks like TestNG, Junit, Spock or Serenity. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of Spring Java Enterprise Framework would be considered a plus. • ISTQB certification foundation level would be a plus. • Knowledge in Agile/Scrum would be a plus. • Willing to innovate, learn and share knowledge. • Solid analytical thinker and problem solver. • Self-driven, responsible, taking ownership. • Comfortable working in a flat company structure. • Embraces and promotes QA mindset.
